Qualifications

• 2+ years of utility locating experience required.
• Strong knowledge of 811 laws and best locate practices.
• Ability to read utility maps, as-built drawings, and GIS data.
• Ability to work independently in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities following 811 rules.
• Read and interpret maps, drawings, and GIS data.
• Use electronic locating equipment and multiple methods.
• Mark utilities accurately with paint and flags and document work.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
