Job summary

Most nurses work independently with clinical leadership supporting but day-to-day is yours, focusing on vaccine-preventable diseases and pre-travel planning.

You will conduct thorough travel health assessments, administer vaccines, and manage clinic setup, inventory and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• RN with 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Compact multi-state RN licensure required.
• Ability to work independently with autonomy.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Ability to lift and transport vaccine inventory up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth travel health consultations and educate clients on destination-specific risks.
• Administer vaccines per standing orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Recommend and promote travel health products and medications as clinically appropriate.
• Manage clinic setup, inventory, and compliance with safety and documentation protocols.
• Support onsite corporate wellness or vaccine clinic events as needed.
• Complete ongoing travel medicine training - we invest in keeping your clinical knowledge current.
