RepRally is seeking motivated independent contractors to grow their own local sales territory in the Washington Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you run your own business, control your schedule, and build your book of business using our app and catalog.

You will prospect independent retailers across the Washington Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other small businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or independent contracting is preferred.
• Comfort with cold pitching and reaching decision-makers in stores.
• Ability to run your own day and sales strategy without supervision.
• Must operate as your own entity with valid license, vehicle, and smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Independent outreach by walking into stores and pitching the RepRally platform.
• Prospect new retailers, build trust, and manage client relationships.
• Drive initial orders via the app and maintain high-volume re-orders.
