Job summary

PatchBoyz Drywall & Popcorn is hiring Tapers / Mudders & Painters. Technicians travel to about 2 homes daily, using a company vehicle and gas to patch and paint holes, often completing in two visits as directed by our app. This role suits independent workers who value steady pay and clear instructions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 5+ years of experience in taping; plaster capabilities are a plus.
• Effective communication with clients and management.
• Able to keep a work van and tools in good order.
• Smartphone and dispatch app experience.

Responsibilities

• Tapers and mudders visit about 2 client homes per day.
• Patch and paint patches per app instructions; typically two visits.
• Operate a company vehicle and manage tools.
• Follow directions in the dispatch app with photos and checklists.
• Maintain van cleanliness and tool readiness.
