Job summary

LensCrafters in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an independent Doctor of Optometry to operate your own private practice next to an optical dispensary. You will provide high-quality optometric care to patients while leveraging the Luxottica network.

You set the professional fee schedule, enjoy autonomy with no quotas, and have flexible part-time schedules, with opportunities to collaborate across the OneSight mission and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold Arizona Optometry license.
• Ability to operate independent practice with professional autonomy.

Great practice opportunity for an independent Doctor of Optometry. You operate the Doctors office as your private independent practice while providing high quality optometric care and services to your patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. Professional fee schedule is yours to decide and you keep the associated patient revenues for professional services that you deliver.
