Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring for a Research Associate to collect items and complete assignments at grocery stores, with flexible hours and self-directed scheduling. You will receive training to maximize efficiency and earn based on productivity, with a guaranteed minimum in some wage-floor regions.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid license, smartphone access, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds while working in cold environments as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect and complete work assignments for projects in stores.
• Follow training and guidelines to achieve accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate within client windows and schedules to maximize earnings.
