Grocery Outlet invites you to become an Independent Operator, taking ownership of your own store with the support of an established retail brand.

You’ll oversee daily operations, recruit and train a strong team, and optimize buying and merchandising to suit your community. Expect performance-based earnings, autonomy in scheduling, and ongoing corporate mentorship to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop a team.
• Business acumen including financial and operational management experience.
• Willingness to relocate and commit to the full training and onboarding process.
• Drive for success and the ability to work independently while leveraging Grocery Outlet network.

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, compliance, and profitability.

• Lead buying and merchandising to meet local community preferences.
