With flexible local, regional, and OTR routes, drivers may earn detention pay of $30 per hour and layover pay of $150 per night. Weekly payments and no forced dispatch enhance driver autonomy.

Qualifications

• Vehicle must be 2016 or newer Cargo Van or Sprinter Van.
• Minimum cargo space 120" × 50" × 50".
• Box trucks: 12–14 ft, under 10,000 lbs GVW.
• At least 1 year driving experience.
• Provide driving record.
• Van must be clean, no decals or logos.
• Must install MacroPoint and Trucker Tools.
• No separate MC authority required.
• Insurance requirements apply.
