Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative in the Bucks County area with flexible schedules ideal for college students. No experience needed, you can work within the store hours, adjust around study time, and enjoy casual dress.

We offer a $200 sign-on bonus for this area, a comprehensive initial training program, productivity-based compensation with a guaranteed minimum and upside as aptitude grows, plus 401k with match and paid drive time and mileage.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with company pricing app and ability to collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases.
