Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring a Field Representative with flexible schedules for college students. No experience needed; you can work within the store hours and adjust around classes.

The role includes a $200 sign-on bonus for this area, initial training, and a productivity-based compensation plan with a guaranteed minimum and upside as you complete projects. Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
