Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a part-time Research Associate to perform store-based collection work with flexible hours. Earn a guaranteed hourly minimum where applicable and a competitive, productivity-based pay structure, plus a $200 sign-on bonus for this area.

Training is provided to ensure accuracy and efficiency in completing assignments. Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift lightweight items and navigate grocery store aisles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download pricing app and access assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect items at stores as assigned.
• Follow wage and scheduling windows provided by clients.
• Complete projects with accuracy and on time.
• Maintain safe driving and professional conduct.
