We are seeking enthusiastic and hard-working Independent Sales Representatives who are passionate about design, décor, and sales to join our US sales team. The Independent Sales Representative will be responsible for managing a large group of established accounts and generating qualified leads through prospecting and in-person customer visits when warranted on a commission basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Service and increase sales within the existing account base by building relationships and providing excellent service.
2. Prospect and open new businesses through daily cold calling and e-marketing.
3. Travel to select accounts for in-person sales calls and service each week.
4. Develop extensive knowledge of Kavana Decor’s product line and our competitive advantage in the marketplace.
5. Provide follow-up communications via marketing material.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. 3 years of previous inside sales or outside sales experience, preferably within the consumer products/home décor industry.
2. Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
3. Motivated to excel and build a long-term career with Kavana Decor.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
5. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
