Job summary

Vista Vending is seeking a Route Driver to manage daily routes across Seattle, stocking vending machines and micro markets, with a home-at-end-of-day schedule. You will drive your route, maintain inventory, and ensure products are available for customers.

You will collect cash, use our mobile app to log data, report issues promptly, and wrap up at the warehouse. Must have a valid license, be 21+, reliable, and able to lift and move products. Training provided for company machines.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ years old for company vehicle insurance.
• Reliable and able to work independently on your route.
• Ability to lift and move products and stay on your feet all day.
• Basic cash handling and stock rotation experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company route and be home each night.
• Stock and merchandise vending machines and micro markets.
• Collect cash and refill coin mechanisms with accurate counts.
• Use a mobile app to log inventory, fill levels, spoilage, and service notes at each stop.
• Spot and report machine issues so repairs are handled quickly.
• Wrap up at the warehouse: turn in cash, restock returns, and prepare the truck for the next day.
