Job summary

Stronghouse is seeking Independent Roofing Sales Team Leaders to partner with us and run your own independent sales business while backed by a trusted brand. This role blends leadership with hands-on roofing sales, offering uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities.

As a Team Leader, you’ll recruit, train, and coach your team, manage your pipeline, and drive revenue using our proven systems and support resources. This is a full-time contract position with field-based work on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven sales experience in the roofing industry.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated entrepreneur with the ability to work independently.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with homeowners.
• Willing to learn and execute company standards.
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs.
• Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Connect with homeowners and build lasting relationships.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the process.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through project completion.
• Consistently achieve personal sales goals and revenue targets.
• Lead by example through strong personal sales performance and professionalism.
• Mentor, coach, and support new Independent Roofing Sales Contractors.
• Share proven sales strategies, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
• Conduct ride-alongs, sales training sessions, and hands-on coaching in the field.
