Job summary

Stronghouse Sales - Storm is seeking driven Independent Roofing Sales Contractors to join us on a full-time contract basis. You’ll run your own business under our trusted brand, building a personal pipeline and earning income through performance-based sales while leveraging our training, marketing tools, and support resources.

You’ll canvass, generate leads, and build relationships with homeowners, guiding them through roofing solutions from first contact to project completion.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation.
• Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Willing to learn and execute company standards.
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs.
• Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain).
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required).
