Stronghouse is seeking driven Independent Roofing Sales Contractors to run your own business with the backing of a trusted Florida roofing brand. You’ll generate leads, close deals, and manage projects from start to finish while leveraging our training and support resources.

This full-time contract role offers flexible scheduling, uncapped earning potential, and ongoing company resources to help you grow your customer base on the road throughout Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year roofing sales experience in the Florida market.
• Valid driver’s license and a personal, reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and execute company standards.
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs.
• Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking.
• Connect with homeowners and build lasting relationships.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them with confidence through the process.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently.
