Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants specializes in Ladder Assist and Property Inspection Services, collaborating directly with numerous insurance agencies for efficient claims management. As a RoofField Inspector, you'll be part of our dynamic network of independent contractors, conducting assessments on steep and high roofs and performing underwriting property inspections.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely navigate and inspect steep/high roofs.
• Demonstrated ability to complete inspections in varied weather conditions.
• Strong customer service skills and empathy when dealing with insureds.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to operate as independent contractor.
• Roofing/construction background or insurance claims experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments on steep and high roofs and evaluate exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections as part of the claims process.
• Utilize technology to support property damage assessments and preventative measures.
