Job summary

Pop-A-Lock Baton Rouge is seeking Roadside Technicians to travel to customers who are locked out or stranded to open doors, jumpstart batteries, or change tires. This entry-level role offers independence, training, and the chance to make a real difference in your community.

You need a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift tires. We provide full training, equipment, commissions, tips, and paid vacation after one year. No prior locksmith experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must have Fuel Efficient Vehicle and valid car insurance for work use.
• Trainable and willing to learn new skills and technologies.
• Physically able to lift and change tires.
• Trustworthy and reliable with strong customer communication.
• Clean criminal background check required.
• Eligible for Louisiana Locksmith License (FBI background check and drug screen).

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers who are locked out or stranded.
• Open car doors and provide emergency roadside assistance.
• Change tires and perform jump-starts and fuel delivery as needed.
