Trilogy Home Healthcare in Clermont, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/Per Diem home health visits. You will deliver high-quality care and collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to support patient health and independence.

Candidates must hold Florida RN license, have ≥1 year acute care/Med/Surg experience; home health a plus. Valid Florida driver's license and insurance required. We offer a supportive, team-driven culture with flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and clean MVR.
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.
• Alignment with the agency’s mission and values.
