Clarity Eye Care, P.C. in Brooklyn, NY seeks a vitreoretinal surgeon for an associate position. The practice performs in‑office injections and surgical retina care in a high-volume setting with immediate OR access and independent decision‑making.

The candidate should have an ACGME ophthalmology residency and a retina fellowship, NY licensure or eligibility, and a readiness to handle high patient volume. 2027 grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run a full medical retina clinic with immediate surgical volume and OR block time.
• Perform in-office procedures and imaging: anti-VEGF injections, laser, OCT/OCT‑A, widefield FA, Optos.
• Maintain independent clinical decision‑making and strong referring‑doctor relationships.
• Engage in evenly shared call with the team.
