Strategic Retail Solutions, LLC is seeking an Experienced Retail Reset Merchandiser for Arkansas. The role focuses on executing resets, remodels, and fixture installations across various retailers, reading planograms, building displays, and documenting outcomes with photos.

Qualifications

• Retail resets, remodels or merchandising experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience reading and implementing planograms.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move fixtures.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone with internet access.

What You'll Do

• Execute retail resets, remodels, and new store sets
• Read and implement planograms
• Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise
• Capture before-and-after photos and complete reporting through our mobile app
• Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations

What We're Looking For

• Retail reset, remodel, or merchandising experience is strongly preferred
• Experience reading and executing planograms
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and building or moving fixtures
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with internet access
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to meet project deadlines
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment
