Job summary

The Affinity Group is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to act as a professional ambassador for our brands on grocery store shelves. You will learn about our products, customers, and how to drive sales growth through flawless merchandising execution, working independently with strong communication and motivation.

Responsibilities include executing planograms, managing shelf space, ensuring promo and pricing accuracy, placing weekly orders, visiting stores, and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required.
• Ability to learn client products and merchandising processes.

Responsibilities

• Travel to retail locations.
• Plan-O-Gram execution and shelf space management.
• Ensure promotional, pricing, and new item placement compliance.
• Place weekly orders to keep products stocked and maximize store sales.
• Create store visit recaps and follow-ups.
• Develop, support and implement merchandising directives.
• Maintain excellent relationships with store staff and managers.
• Provide feedback on store performance and activities.
• Monitor competitor activity at store level.
• Utilize Affinity technology systems and platforms for merchandising tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
