Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Kewanee, IL, on an independent contractor basis. Earn $16-$18 per hour with project-based hours and flexible scheduling that fits a busy retail calendar.

You will stock, merchandise, reset displays, and build strong relationships with store teams while ensuring planogram compliance and high-quality execution across assignments.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong visual presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and updates to project teams.
• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain quality, professionalism, and accountability on all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
