Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in La Grange, TX. This independent contractor role blends ongoing store support with project-based merchandising initiatives, delivering exceptional in-store presentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift objects up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable using handheld devices for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
