Qualifications

• Must operate as an independent contractor and own your business setup.
• Be comfortable working outdoors and traveling to properties in Oakhurst, CA.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections.
• Engage in a brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection.
• Capture required photos and data through our mobile web application.
• Schedule your own interior/high-value inspections.
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
