Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on construction, renovation, or skilled trades experience.
• Ability to read a scope and complete it independently.
• Competence across multiple trades (framing, drywall, finish carpentry, flooring).
• Own a basic set of hand tools.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Pride in clean, correct, finished work.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete assigned scopes of work with minimal supervision.
• Perform multi-trade renovation and repair: carpentry, drywall, paint prep, flooring, finish work, and basic plumbing/electrical.
• Execute full unit turns to quality and production standards.
• Take direct ownership of workmanship quality on all assigned tasks.
• Read and execute a defined scope without step-by-step direction.
• Help train and mentor junior crew members.
• Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards.
• Follow all OSHA standards, project-specific safety plans, and site rules.
• Report injuries, near-misses, and unsafe conditions the day they occur.
