Servpro of Bear/New Castle and Servpro of Upper Darby are actively seeking qualified independent subcontractors to support our growing reconstruction division. We offer steady project opportunities and professional project management for both residential and commercial restoration projects.

We provide detailed scope of work, predetermined budgets, material coordination assistance, and an established restoration brand to help you grow a reliable business as a self-employed contractor.

SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle and SERVPRO of Upper Darby are actively seeking qualified independent subcontractors to support our growing reconstruction division.

We are looking for self-employed individuals and small companies who take pride in quality workmanship and want access to a steady flow of residential and commercial restoration projects.

Our primary service territories include New Castle County, Delaware and Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Most projects will be located within these service areas.

If you are tired of constantly chasing work, preparing bids, collecting payments, and handling customer disputes, we may be a great fit.

Our team handles the sales, estimating, customer communication, project management, scheduling, and collections so you can focus on production.

Preferred Qualifications

The following are preferred but not required at the time of application:

• General Liability Insurance
• Workers Compensation Coverage (if applicable)
• Business License
• Trade License(s) where required
• Existing crew or labor resources
• Experience working with insurance restoration projects
• Experience managing larger reconstruction projects

Applicants who do not currently have all required documentation may still be considered if they are willing and able to obtain the necessary requirements before beginning work.
