The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team in Sayville, NY. You will support physical therapists in delivering mobility-enhancing therapies and contribute to improving residents’ comfort and functional ability.

Ideal candidates hold a state PTA license with an interest in geriatric care and can contribute independently under supervision.

Qualifications

• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Must hold a state license in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Desire to perform functional activities to assist residents.
