Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Sarasota, FL seeks a Clinical Psychologist or Neuropsychologist for outpatient evaluation and testing, functioning as an independent contractor. The role includes diverse services from psychological assessments to psychotherapy and optional neuropsychological testing, with flexible scheduling and telehealth possibilities.

The position requires a doctoral degree in psychology, active Florida licensure (or in process), and outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology is required.
• Experience with neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing preferred.
• Must hold Florida license or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Outpatient setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for patients with various mental health conditions.
• Provide multiple psychotherapy modalities and counseling services.
• Provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services (optional).
• Offer psychotherapy & counseling, neuropsychological testing, or both as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and neuropsychological findings.
