Qualifications

• Own reliable vehicle and ability to travel to inspections.
• Proficient with Windows 10 or newer and basic computer use.
• Access to a smartphone or digital camera and reliable home internet.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property surveys for residential and commercial sites.
• Take photos, collect property details and overall conditions.
• Prepare timely reports and submit reports online with attachments.
• Report submissions must be uploaded via PC/Desktop.
