Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking a Residential Property Inspector in Yukon, OK to conduct exterior inspections and occasional interior assessments. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours and the freedom to build your own route.

You will visit properties, photograph exteriors and interior areas as needed, communicate findings to homeowners, and deliver timely professional service using our mobile app. Outdoor work with schedule 8am–sunset, Monday–Saturday; you control your calendar.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior and occasional interior inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions via the mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule inspections in advance for interior/high-value properties
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
