Qualifications

• WV residency required, preferably near Kanawha County.
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignment.
• Document each attempt with GPS-stamped photos via mobile app.
• Willingness to visit local courthouses to pick up and email documents.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile).
• Document all service attempts with GPS photos via the mobile app.
• Complete service attempts according to client guidelines.
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time.
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.
