Job summary

Provest Llc is seeking independent process servers to deliver legal documents across Chautauqua County, NY. You will work as an independent contractor, serving documents to individuals and businesses and maintaining up-to-date records.

You’ll manage your own schedule, receive weekly payments, and have support from our team. Prior process serving experience is a plus, but not required; reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to make 3–4 service attempts on varying days and times, including evenings and weekends.
• Smartphone with the ability to use mobile apps for receiving assignments and submitting updates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual.
• Prior process serving experience is preferred but not required.
