Job summary

ProVest LLC seeks reliable process servers across Washington State to join our contracted network. As an independent contractor, you control your schedule while receiving regular assignment opportunities to serve legal documents in your area.

We offer weekly payments, flexible hours, and the freedom to run your own business. You will follow detailed instructions, document each attempt, and report affidavits to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous process serving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and required insurance.
• Smartphone with the ability to use mobile applications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments effectively.
• Availability to make attempts at various times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed.
• Ability to travel within your assigned coverage area.
• Ability to follow client, court, and company service requirements.
