Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts, with up to 5 varied timing attempts.
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents.
• Sign and notarize affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
• Utilize mobile applications to upload photo evidence and record service outcomes.
