The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering with process-engineering experience in production/manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and experience creating SOPs and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Process Engineer experience in production/manufacturing is required.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills are essential.
• Experience creating and revising SOPs and process documentation.
• Ability to work independently with ownership of the process-engineering function.
• Experience translating data into practical manufacturing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing production/manufacturing processes.
• Design, run, test, analyze, and upgrade systems and processes.
• Evaluate production, process-control, and quality systems using data and statistics.
• Apply statistics such as mean, standard deviation, and process variation.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements.
• Develop and establish procedures and best practices for consistent operations.
• Create and revise written procedures and work instructions based on data.
• Develop practical and innovative solutions to improve production rates and product quality.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and plant leadership to implement improvements.
• Train employees on new processes, procedures, and improvements.
• Support digitalization and modernization of manufacturing processes.
