Nelson Elder Care Law, LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney in Georgia to take ownership of probate matters, guide clients, and drive favorable outcomes. You will manage a caseload, conduct client consultations, and litigate as needed, with an emphasis on guardianship and conservatorship.

Probate experience is preferred, but the right candidate will be considered. The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration with a dedicated team, and a culture that values meaningful work over billable

Qualificações

• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• Experience with probate preferred; litigation in other areas will also be considered.
• Strong negotiation skills, including the willingness to reconcile differences and find mutual wins.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee client Probate experience, including Guardianship and Conservatorship, with deadlines met timely.
• Conduct client consultations and strategy meetings.
• Provide legal advice and direction to clients and the Probate Team.
• Draft, review, and file probate pleadings, petitions, motions, and related filings.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and litigation when necessary.
• Collaborate with paralegals to ensure exceptional client experience.
