Job summary

Loula seeks experienced postpartum doulas to join our growing network of independent providers in California. You will complete an interest form to begin the process, with support for Medicaid enrollment, credentialing, and billing to help you focus on delivering high-quality postpartum care.

As a partner, you are an independent contractor in a non-exclusive network, with referrals and no client minimums. Direct deposits are issued twice a month, and Loula handles credentialing and payments to

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation.
• If you've trained as a birth/full-spectrum doula, 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training and attendance at 3 births as a doula.
• Adult and infant CPR training
• HIPAA training
• Liability insurance
