Loula is seeking experienced postpartum doulas to join our growing network of independent doula providers. We partner with Medicaid and commercial plans to simplify insurance acceptance and credentialing in California.

As a Loula doula you will operate as an independent contractor in a non-exclusive network, receiving referrals and administrative support while focusing on client care. Compensation can reach up to $134/hour, with direct deposits and no marketing spend required on your end.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation
• If you’ve trained as a birth/full-spectrum doula, 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training and attendance at 3 births as a doula
• Adult and infant CPR training
• HIPAA training
• Liability insurance
