Job summary

Backyard Discovery is seeking independent installation contractors to assemble and install outdoor play equipment across the lower 48 states. Ideal candidates are experienced installers or small construction businesses looking for flexible, project-based work. Responsibilities include performing installations per guidelines, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Contractors are not employees and must manage their own taxes and insurance. Compensation is project-based with no guaranteed volume of work.

Qualifications

• Established independent contractor status required (sole proprietor, LLC, or other).
• Experience in carpentry, construction, or similar assembly work preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install outdoor playsets at residential locations.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
