Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group in Southern Arizona is seeking experienced financial professionals to join a confidential conversation led by the regional Managing Director. Move your established client book to an independent platform with 100% portability, offer tailored strategies, and participate in a competitive, production-based compensation structure with FYC overrides.

This role targets advisors with existing client relationships in Tucson area and broader Southern Arizona, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent production track record
• Active Life & Health license; securities registrations preferred
• 3+ years of financial consulting, financial services, or insurance experience
• Established client relationships in Southern Arizona
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Clean U4/U5 history or discussable restrictions
• Decision within 14-21 days after legal review

Responsibilities

• Move your established book to WealthBridge's independent platform with full portability
• Provide clients tailored strategies aligned with their goals
• Own 100% of your clients with a 100% ownership model
• Leverage a tiered compensation structure with First-Year Commissions
• Engage with clients across Southern Arizona including Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, Marana, Green Valley, Sahuarita, Lake Havasu, Kingman
• Collaborate with regional Managing Director
