Qualificações

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• English language proficiency required.
• National certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required for higher grade.
• No formal education or experience required for entry level.
• Knowledge of prescription processing and controlled substances handling.
• Ability to interpret and dispense medications per DEA and VA policies.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense medications accurately and safely to veterans.
• Maintain workflow and document dispensing activities.
• Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation (e.g., ScriptPro, Pyxis).
• Assist patients by phone or in person with drug distribution and refills.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, FDA, DEA, VA and related regulations.
