Qualifications

• Must own or lease a cargo van, box truck, or semi in good condition.
• Valid driver's license; CDL required for semi operators.
• Proof of commercial vehicle insurance and active DOT/MC authority.
• Clean driving record with a strong safety history.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time independently.
• Experience in freight, logistics, or delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport freight and cargo to designated destinations in a timely manner.
• Operate cargo vans, box trucks, or semi trucks depending on load requirements.
• Maintain delivery logs, manifests, and electronic records.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure DOT compliance.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status and delivery updates.
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of freight.
• Uphold professional standards when interacting with customers and receivers.
