Job summary

Oregon Occupational Medicine in Clackamas is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a brand-new location. This full-time role focuses on outpatient work-related injuries, with hourly appointments and independent patient evaluation and treatment.

You will join a small, supportive team and collaborate with referring providers as we grow the PT practice. The right candidate will hold an Oregon PT license, have excellent acute injury care experience, and be motivated to build relationships with

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Physical Therapist License.
• Excellent outpatient acute injury care experience.
• Two or more years of outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate patients and foster ownership of recovery.
• Enjoys working in a small business setting.
• Builds positive relationships with referral resources inside and outside the organization.
• Interested in partnering with local employers to provide preventive programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide all patient treatment in hourly appointments at our clinic.
• Evaluate and treat patients independently during each visit.
• Collaborate with referring occupational medicine providers.
• Develop and implement preventive programs with local employers.
• Foster relationships with referral resources to grow the practice.
