The Periscope Group is looking for an Independent Consultant to perform in-home assessments as a Physical or Occupational Therapist. This role allows you to work flexibly while making a significant impact on members' lives.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist (Sorry, No PTAs or COTAs).
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (may be purchased at the time of job offer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs, and perform physical assessments as needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel to member homes.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in an individual’s home.
• Provide recommendations for equipment and care.
• Complete documentation through an online portal.
