The Periscope Group is a nationwide network of physical and occupational therapists who perform one-time, in-home medical necessity assessments. As an independent contractor, you’ll conduct assessments in members’ homes, provide recommendations for equipment and care to support independence, and complete secure online documentation from any device.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (may be purchased at the time of job offer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and varied home environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.
• Proficient with technology: online portals, upload documents, and devices.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
