Job summary

Concerned Dental Care of the Bronx is seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our multi‑specialty practice on a part‑time or full‑time basis. You will perform wisdom teeth and surgical extractions, develop customized treatment plans, and educate patients before and after procedures.

We offer strong clinical and administrative support, autonomy over diagnosis and patient care, and a path toward partnership within a growing dentist‑led organization. Medicaid credentialing or willingness is required.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Active New York dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience and confidence performing wisdom teeth and surgical extractions strongly preferred.
• Currently credentialed with Medicaid or willing to complete Medicaid credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Perform wisdom teeth removal, simple and surgical extractions, and other oral surgery procedures within your training and scope.
• Diagnose conditions and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
• Provide clear pre- and post-operative education and compassionate patient care.
• Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain high standards for patient safety, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with referring providers and clinical teams.
