Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care in eye and vision health and general wellbeing.
• Establish your practice days and hours; control your patient schedule.
• Set your fee schedule and keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
• Opt-in for equipment instrumentation and administrative/Opt-Tech support services (if state allows).
