Sam's East, Inc. is seeking independent Optometrists to lease space inside Sam's Club stores. You will lead eye and vision care with a focus on patient wellbeing, enjoying autonomy to set your hours, days, and fee schedule.

As a lease holder, you control your patient schedule, keep 100% of exam fees, and may opt into enabled equipment/instrumentation and support services where allowed by state law. This role emphasizes professional independence within a collaborative retail environment.

Qualifications

• OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license is required.
• Ophthalmologist MD/DO from an accredited school.
• Valid state ophthalmology license is required.
• General Liability/Professional Liability Insurance certificate.
• ME/VA license arrangements handled by Gumberg Asset Management.

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Sam's Club stores you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and wellbeing.

As an independent lease holder, you have the autonomy to: Establish your days of practice Establish your hours of operation Control your patient schedule Set your fee schedule Keep 100 of exam/professional fees For a fair market value, you can opt into: Advanced Equipment/instrumentation Administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services if state allows
