Walmart Inc. is seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space inside Walmart stores in Greenville, TX. You will lead eye and vision care and support general health and wellbeing for patients.

You will establish your practice days, operating hours, and fee schedule, with the autonomy to manage patient flow and pricing. The position offers instrument and/or support services as available by state regulations.

Qualifications

• OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Launch your services in Walmart stores and lead patient care for eye/vision and general wellbeing.
• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation; control your patient schedule and fee schedule.
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees; options for equipment instrumentation and support services (if state allows).
• Operate as an independent lease holder with autonomy within Walmart locations.
